Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
8 medium gala apples1 cup water2 tsp pumpkin pie spice20 cinnamon imperials
Directions
Peel, core and cut up the 8 apples. Put in pot, along with 1 cup water and spice and cook on low until desired tenderness. Add cinnamon 5 minutes before done. When finished, mash with fork or for smoother applesauce blend in Cuisinart.
