Ingredients
tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions, green pepper, zuccini, beans
Directions
Put diced carrots, celery, and onions in slow cooker. Fill with 3 cups water. Let cook on high for 5 hours. Add sliced green pepper & zuccini, tomatoes, tomato paste, white beans, and kidney beans. Add spices. Let cook another 2+ hours on low.

Makes approx.8 1cup servings.
