Easy Vietnamese Pork Chops

6 pork chops, bone inSoy Sauce (about 1/2 cup)Fish Sauce (about 1/2 cup)2 bunches green onions3 stalks lemongrass3 cloves garlicpinch of sugar
1. Mince lemongrass and garlic
2. Finely chop green onions
3. Combine veggies/herbs in a bowl
4. Add enough soy sauce and fish sauce to coat veggies, plus an additional splash of each.
5. Add sugar and combine well
6. Lay pork chops in shallow dish and coat with marinade
7. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
8. Lightly coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray
9. Cook pork chops on medium heat until juices run clear (about 10-15 mins, depending on size)
