Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
2 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh1 tbsp corn starch1/3 cup oats4 tbsp flour1 tbsp butter1/2 tsp. steviaCinnamon and nutmeg, to taste
Directions
Coat the berries with the corn starch and place in a small baking dish
Mix the flour with the butter with your fingers until it has a mealy consistency.
Combine the flour mixture with the oats and stevia, and evenly spread over the blueberries.

Bake at 375 until the berries are bubbling and the topping is brown and crispy. Top with whipped cream or frozen yogurt -- YUM!
