sauteed Tilapia quick and easy

Ingredients
4 4 oz tilapia fillets3 tbs butter (I can't believe it's not butter used in calculation)2 tsp olive oil1 lemon (juiced)Italian seasoned bread crumbs (1/8 cup used in calcuation but less was really used)
Directions
Heat oil and 1 tbs butter in skillet (medium high heat)
Season fillets with salt and pepper than coat in bread crumbs
raise heat and add fillets until golden on each side (about 4 min. total)
remove fish to a warmed plate and reduce heat to medium.
melt remaining butter and add lemon juice to degrease skillet
pour sauce over fillets and serve.
