General Tso

Ingredients
Chicken Broth or Bouillon, .75 cupCornstarch, .125 cupGranulated Sugar, 6 tsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp Fresh Chives/Scallions, 2 tbsp chopped Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
Directions
Whisk broth, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and gigner. set aside.
Heat skillet- add scallions and pepper. (garlic also if you want) add chicken and brown.
Pour sauce over and simmer for about 2-3 mins.

Make with white or brown rice. Makes 2-3 Servings.
