* Scrambled Egg, 2 large (remove) * *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) * *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove) * Corn Starch, 15 grams (remove) * Beef, top sirloin, 15 oz (remove) * Cabbage, fresh, 0.75 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, grated (remove) * Scallions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * *Bean sprouts, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) **1 oz sherryOptional: french cut green beans, zucchini, bok choy.
Cut beef into thin strips, marinate beef in 2 Tbsp each of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and cornstarch, then stir fry gently and remove from pan. Shred cabbage and stir fry, add shredded carrots, thin sliced mushrooms, then scallions thinly sliced and bean sprouts. Stir fry gently. Add 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp each of soy sauce, vinegar, and sherry.
Instead of wrap, put over brown rice. (Difficult to get wraps and too many calories and less nutrition(?) than rice.
