Ingredients
1/2 inch ginger root, chopped1/2 C. chinese cabbage finely shredded1/2 c. ground pork, browned, rinsed and drained2 green onion finely chopped2 T. soy sauce1 T. oyster sauce1 T. rice wine48 wonton skins2 T. soy sauce1 T. sesame oil
Directions
mix ginger, cabbage, pork, green inion,. soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and then put into skins, sealing shut. Place in pan and add 1/2 C. broth or water. Cook until pan is dry and wontons barely browned. Mix soy and sesame oil and use as dip. I add in garlic, onion, or green onions
