Griddle Flat Bread

Ingredients
3 c. flour1 c. ice water3 Tbsp. shortening2 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking powderpinch baking soda1 Tbsp. olive oil for oiling griddle
Directions
Combine all ingredients and form into a dough. Cut into 4-6 equal pieces. Roll out to a thin 8" circle. Prick the surface of the dough with a fork and cook on an oiled hot griddle. Turn with a spatula. Watch these flat bread disks closely because they cook FAST. Serve warm.
