Smoked Turkey Sausage Bake

Ingredients
1 package Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage2.5 cups Skim Milk6 oz Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 6 oz 1 can Green Beans 1 can Cream of Potato Soup5 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese 1 oz Shredded Mozzerella
Directions
-Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
-Cut sausage into bite size pieces and cook in frying pan until hot
-cook pasta according to package and strain
-spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray
-mix all ingredients except for mozzarella in casserole dish, add salt and pepper or other seasoning to taste and put in oven with foil on top for 20 minutes
-take foil off of top and sprinkle with mozzerella leave foil off and bake for 5 additional minutes

Makes six 1 cup servings.

    I agree that there is too much milk in the recipe. It was runny. I also agree that you need to add seasoning or it will taste bland. - 10/4/10

    It was very tasty. I added basil, parsley, garlic powder & chives to the recipe and it gave it great flavor. The only thing I found was that 2.5 cups of milk was a bit much. I had to bake it for an hour total, removing the foil after the first 20 minutes so that the mixture wasn't so liquidy. - 7/13/10
