Cauliflower Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1/4 c onion, chopped4 crushed garlic1 t olive oil(Saute onion and garlic in heated & oiled pan)3 c sour cream4 eggs3 c shredded cheese8 cups of any of the following, singly or otherwise: cauliflower, baby zucchini, yellow squash, chopped2 lbs sausage or beef franks (ew), chopped
Directions
spray 9x13 Pyrex or similar baking dish with gf cooking spray (fyi, Pam has gluten).

Saute onion/garlic and add to mixture. Add 1/2-1 t garlic salt if desired.

Bake 325 for about 35 mins. I baked it in a toaster oven, so it was a faster bake.
