Chicken and Barley Soup

Ingredients
8 cups water2 cups chicken broth2 tsp salt2.5 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)1/2 cup celery, chopped1 cup carrots, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 tsp oregano1 bay leaf1/4 tsp black pepper3/4 cup pearl barley
Directions
In a large saucepan, add all ingredients EXCEPT BARLEY. Bring to a boil, let simmer for an hour covered. Add barley and let simmer for 50 minutes.
