Sneaky Chef Doctor's Choice Chili

Ingredients
*1 TBLS EVOO*1 Large onion, minced*1 pound ground turkey*2 garlic cloves, minced*2 TBLS chili powder*1 teas ground cumin*1/4 teas cayenne pepper*1 cup White Puree (Puree cooked 1 cup cauliflower with 1 chopped, raw zucchini and 1 teas lemon juice in a food processor)*1/2 cup Green Puree (Puree 1 cup cooked baby spinach, 1 cup cooked broccoli, and 1/2 cup cooked sweat peas with 2 TBLS water in a food processor)*1 (6 oz) can tomato paste*1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes*1-2 cups vegetable broth* salt, to taste
Directions
Heat the oil over medium heat in a soup pot. Add the onion and cook until slightly transluscent, about 10 minutes. Add the ground meat, stirring to break it up, and cook until it is no longer red, about 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients (only half of veg. broth). Mix well, combining all the colors. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes-1 hour, adding more vegetable broth as needed. Season with salt and pepper.
