Beef Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
3 tbsp. cornstarch, divided2 tbsp. plus 1/2 C. water, divided1 tsp. granulated garlic1 pound top sirloin, cut in thin strips2 tbsp. olive oil, divided4 C. fresh broccoli chopped1 small onion, cut in wedges1/3 C. lite soy sauce2 tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. ground ginger
Directions
In a large non stick skillet brown beef in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. water, and granulated garlic. Cook until beef no longer pink.
Remove and keep warm

Stir fry broccoli and onion in remaining oil for 4 - 5 minutes. Return beef to pan.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and remaining cornstarch and water. Add to pan. cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
