Midday Monkey Wrap

Ingredients
1 7" low carb whole wheat tortilla1 small banana sliced2.5 tbsp cashew butter1 oz neufchatel cheese
Directions
Makes two 3 inch serving pieces

Spread the neufchatel cheese over the entire tortilla.
Next, spread the cashew butter over the neufchatel, being careful to leave a 1/2 inch border on the outside.
Slice the bananas and and spread in a single layer around the tortilla.
Roll the tortilla up and slice in half for two servings.
