I love this quiche! It is very versatile if you want to change up your fillings. I have used center cut bacon, asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc. Plan for more cooking time if you add watery veggies or additional spinach, though. Tasty! - 4/3/11

I added a touch of nutmeg so as to make it more quiche traditional. - 7/10/10

Really yummy, and super easy! We loved this! I added a cup of mushrooms as well as four egg whites since my pie pan is 9 1/2". I was surprised at how well just one serving filled me up! - 2/3/09

I made this for my family and company and everyone loved it, and wanted the recipe. Will definately make this a regular. (I did add 1/4 c. flaxseed meal, and 1/4 c. wheat germ and 1 tsp minced garlic.) - 3/25/08

My husband, son and I all really liked this. I had to cook it longer, but I might have added too much spinach! I also added minced garlic instead of the garlic powder. - 2/22/08
