Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 (14.75 oz) can of salmon1 cup panko breadcrumbs1 egg1 Tbspn chili powder2 Tbspn garlic powder1 Tbspn onion powder2 oz lemon juiceCooking spray, if needed
Directions
De-bone salmon (if desired, I just take out the big round bones). Break up salmon into flakes and place in bowl. Mix garlic, onion and chili powder together with breadcrumbs. Then mix breadcrumb mixture into salmon. Add one egg and combine well. Make a ball about 1 and 1/2 inch to 2 inches. Flatten and put into warm frying pan on medium heat. Cook until golden brown on each side.

Makes about 10-12, 2-3 inch patties.

If desired serve with rice and edamame.
