Ingredients
2 chicken Breast1 can Coconut milk1 Can bamboo Shoots1 tbsp Fish sauce2 tbsp Brown Sugar3 TBSP Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste2 TBSP Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce
Directions
Cube and Brown Chicken
Remove from Pan add coconut milk and Red Curry paste. Let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes add the remaining ingredients. Add Chicken and simmer for 4 minutes.

Serve over Sticky Rice!
