Turkey Taco Salad (Lite)

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey breast1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp taco seasoning 3 heads of romain lettuce (chopped)16 oz can kidney beans rinsed & drained8 oz can sweet whole kernal corn drained1 pt grape tomatoes4 oz shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 avocado cut into chunks4 oz baked tortillas (crushed) Dressing:3/4 cup fat free italian dressing3 tbsp of lime juice1 tbsp taco seasoning
Directions
Brown turkey and garlic along with 1 tbsp taco seasoning and 2 tbsps of water. in a large serving bowl add lettuce, beans, corn, tomatoes, avacado. When turkey is done add to the top sprinkle with cheese.
In a mixing bowl whisk dressing, lime juice & taco seasoning pour over salad and top with crushed tortillas.
Sour cream optional. Enjoy!
