Italian Chopped Salad (no cheese)

Ingredients
Salad:1 cup chopped Green Pepper (bell peppers)3 Plum Tomatos, chopped1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, cut in half1/2 cup thinly sliced red Onions2 tbsp chopped Basil1 can Chickpeas1 package of Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter, cooked6 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce1 medium Cucumber, peeled and choppedDressing:6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2 tsp Organic Dijon Mustard2 tsp Granulated Sugar6 tablespoon Grape Seed Oil2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
Directions
Mix all the salad ingredients.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, than toss with the salad.

If you wish, add a little bit of grated Parmesan cheese.
