Feta Cheese Burgers

Ingredients
1lb of 93% lean ground beef15 Ritz crackers1 large egg1/2 cup of reduced fat feta cheese4 Nature's own whole wheat bunssalt, pepper, cajun seasoning.
Directions
Crush the ritz crackers, mix with the egg, and hamburger... Add salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning, to taste. Make 8 thin patties. Put 2 tablespoons of feta cheese on top (in the middle) of 4 of the patties, place another thin pattie on top, and pinch the edges together, all the way around so that your cheese is hidden... So, you have 2 thin patties, with 2 tbs of feta cheese inside. Cook in a frying pan until cooked throughly. Serve on bun.
