remove top of pepper, and clean out, leaving whole
mix other ingredients, chopping onion first. Keept the tomato sauce for later.
stuff pepper and place in small pan
pour over the can of tomato sauce, place on stove top and cook on med low for 45 minutes to one hour. cut in 2 and serve.
