Ingredients
1 100-calorie sandwich thin, ie Arnolds2 slices turkey bacon, ie Butterball1 medium egg1 slice Gouda cheese.25 cup baby spinachRed pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat small skillet on medium heat. Spray pan with Pam and then crack an egg into it. Season egg according to your taste. Fry egg until done, approximately 3 minutes per side. Place the cheese on top of the egg during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

2. While egg is frying, cook bacon in microwave according to package instructions. Usually 1.5 minutes.

3. Assemble your sandwich and enjoy.
