Crock Pot Corn, Leek and Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 Leeks chopped6 Russet Potatoes peeled and chopped into cubes1 Shallot chopped1/2 cup frozen corn Kernals1-2 Stalks celery chopped1 TB minced Garlic2 TB dried Parsley2tsp black pepper1tsp salt6 cups chicken broth1/2 cup heavy cream1 cup half and half
Directions
combine all ingredients through chicken broth in crock pot, set on low for 9-10 hours. During last 15 mins add cream and half and half, to potato mix and wrm through. With a hand blender puree mixture until smooth, season to taste.
