Coconut Almond Butter

Whole, Raw AlmondsMedjool DatesRoasted Almond OilSweetened CoconutCoconut Oil
Directions
Put almonds in food processor and grind until desired texture. I wanted mine fairly smooth, but my cheapie food processor didn't grind fine enough, so I transferred to my Magic Bullet.

Add rest of ingredients to the ground almonds in whatever grinder machine you are using and mix until you have the consistency you want.

I had to scrape down the ingredients fairly often.

Makes 16 servings, 1 tablespoon each.

Store in refrigerator up to 10 days.
