Oven fried ranch potatoes

Ingredients
4 lbs. potato, diced evenly1/3 cup Olive Oil2 packets Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients until potatoes are coated evenly with oil & seasonings. I put mine in a gallon ziploc and shake for a minute.

Spread evenly on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 oven for an hour or until golden brown and tender.

Serving size is approximately 6 oz.
