Spanish Spinach with Bacon

Ingredients
1 10 oz package of frozen Spinach.5 cups of chopped onion (white)1 6 oz package of chopped Canadian Bacon chopped2 cloves crushed or chopped garlic1 Tbsp olive oil1tsp salt1tsp black pepper.5 cup fat free half and half
Directions
sautee onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and bacon until onions are well cooked
added frozen spinach and sautee until cooked
add in half and half, mix
cook off some of the liquid
serve
