Moroccan Salmon Cakes w/Garlic Mayo

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free mayo1 clove garlic, crushed1/8 tsp paprika1/2 cup couscous2/3 cup OJ1 (14.75 oz) can red salmon, drained1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry2 egg yolks, beaten2 cloves garlic, crushed1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp blk pepper1/2 tsp salt3 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine mayo, 1 clove garlic and paprika
Prepare couscous, using the OJ instead of water
Combine cooked couscous, salmon, spinach, egg yoks, garlic, cumin, black pepper, and salt - combine into 4 patties.
Fry patties in olive oil over medium heat, turnince once, about 8-10 minutes. Serve with garlic mayo
