Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
Ripe Bananas, Whole wheat flour, ground flaxseed meal, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, one egg - beaten, sugar, Crisco Canola omega 3 oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Set aside. Mash up bananas. Usually takes me about 5 ripe bananas to get the 1.5 cups. Mix bananas in with other wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy.

I bake at 350 for 20-23 min.


You can also bake this as regular banana bread in a loaf pan.
