Tomato Paste 6 ozDiced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, & Oregano2 CansPinto Beans 3 Cups Canned or Cooked Dried BeansBlack Beans 1.5 Cups Canned or Cooked Dried BeansChili Seasoning mix /any brand will doKetchup 4 tbspHamburger 90 % Lean or Leaner 24 ozWater 24 0z
Throughly cook meat. When done rinse with hot water and drain water. Put in a large pot. Add other ingredients. Drain liquid from black beans and pinto beans and rinse with warm water if using canned beans. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes. Add any other extra spices to taste. Makes 12 eight ounce servings. Leftovers can be frozen for a later meal. If you do not like chunky tomatoes put them in the blender and puree. You can also use the chili to put over a salad with fat free cheese.
