Shells with Italian Sausage and Spinach

Medium Shell Noodles, 2 oz dryTurkeySausage, 4 ozGarlic, 2 clovesSpinach, fresh, 4 cupsRed Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes, halvedGrated/Shredded Pecorino Romano Cheese, 0.25 cupSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 tspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp
Cook pasta according to directions and reserve 2 tbsp cooking liquid before draining.
Meanwhile, cook sausage in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat, breaking it into small pieces with wooden spoon, until cooked through, 2 to 4 mins. Stir in garlic, spinach and tomatoes. Cook stirring often until the greens wilt and tomatoes begin to break down, 1 to 2 mins. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Combine cheese, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Whisk the cooking liquid and oil into the cheese mixture, add the pasta and toss to combine. Serve the pasta topped with the sausage-spinach mixture.
