2tbsp oil1tbsp flourTyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 12 oz cooked and ShreddedOnion, White, Fresh, 1 lg finely choppedGreen Onion, 6 tbsp chopped Black olive (sliced), 5 tbsp Cilantro - fresh, 1/2 cup choppedLa Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 28 oz canSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, small canMission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortilla, 8 tortillasKraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup Ground cumin 1tbsp
mix 1 tbsp oil with 1 tbsp flour in medium sauce pan, add enchilada sauce and chicken brother Simmer for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile cook shredded chicken, onion, cumin in small amount of oil until onion is soft.
Preheat oven to 350
Fill tortilas with chicken mixture, a pink of black olive, a pinch of cheese, and a few tablespoons of sauce.
Place filled tortillas in 9X13 pan.
pour remaining sauce over tortilas, top with remaining cheese, green onion, black olives, and cilantro.
Bake for 20 minutes
