Ingredients
6 oz chicken breast without skin1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs1 egg white1 cup spaghetti sauce1/2 cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 parmesan cheese
Directions
bread chicken 3oz chicken piece, tenderize if desired first
cover in spaghetti sauce
place cheeses over the top
bake for 45 minutes at 350F
20 minutes covered and remainder of time uncovered
