Karen's Punch

Ingredients
1 Large bottle of 7Up1 Large can unsweetened pineapple juice1 bottle of Pina Colada Mix, liquid1 large can frozen lemonade
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large punch bowl. Add more 7Up if needed.
Get creative and freeze lemons and limes in ice cubes and toss them in!
My mother used to make up a batch of this in a bundt pan and put it in the freezer the night before serving it, so that she could put it in the punch bowl with another batch so there would (in theory) never be a punch shortage!

**The values on the nutrition thing are a little wonky. I didn't have all the ingredients or I would have entered them and the calculations would be more accurate.**

    This punch is delicious. Hard to stop at one glass. Next time, I will try Diet 7-up as the Pina Coloda mix is sweet. Very good though and will make again! - 6/10/13
