Ingredients
1 pound gound beef1 small onion chopped1 can beer (whatever you have on hand - we usually use lite beer)Salt and pepper to taste4 Hamburger buns
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until beef is no longer pink and onion is translucent.
Drain excess fat if necessary.
Pour in beer and simmer until all liquid has evaporated.
While meat is simmering toast the hamburger buns in a skillet or toaster oven.
Spoon meat mixture onto buns. Top with yellow mustand.
