Blackened Chicken

Ingredients
2 teaspoons paprika1 teaspoon crushed dried thyme1/2 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Rub the chicken breasts well with the seasoning mixture.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until no pink remains. Serve immediately
