Oven roasted sweet peppers

Ingredients
3-peppers of your choice1/4 cups of brown sugar2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp minced fresh garlic
Directions
Place all ingredients in a zip lock back toss well and refrigerate for at least ten minutes. Then place in an oven safe dish and bake at 300 for about 30mins, or until desired tendernous.
