Farm Fresh frozen corn

Ingredients
100 ears fresh sweet corn1 quart water1 cup sugar1 stick parkay2 tablespoon salt.
Directions
cook the corn on the cob in boiling water for 4 minutes.
cool
cut corn off the cob

second cooking add all of the following
16 cups corn (4 quarts)
4 cups water (1 quart)
1 cup sugar
1 stick parkay
2 tablespoon salt.
cook all for 5 min.
allow to cool

I usually bag it into quart bags 2 cups of corn to each bag and freeze. about 8 servings per bag.

Makes 64 1/4 cup serving
