PUMPKIN APPLESAUCE MUFFIN

1 C FIBER ONE1 C OATS1 C EGG SUB1/2 C APPLESAUCE1 C PUMPKIN1/2 C WALNUTS CHOPPED1/2 C CRAISINS1/2 C SPLENDA1 TSP CINNAMON1/4 TSP NUTMEG30G UNJURY UNFLAVORED PROTEIN POWDER1 TSP BAKING POWDERSUGAR FREE PRESERVES
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spray a muffin pan with Pam and fill with 1/3 cup batter for each muffin.
Make an indent in the center of each muffin and place a teaspoon of Sugar Free Preserve (any flavor - apricot and strawberry are great) in indent.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
