Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/2 c. butter, salted2/3 c brown sugar, packed2 eggs1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. rolled oats1/2 c. banana chips, broken1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions
1. combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside
2. beat butter for 30 seconds with mixer. Add brown sugar beat until combined
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla
4. Beat in flour mixture
5. Add oats, banana chips and pecans
6. Scoop dough onto greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 375 for approx 8 minutes
Makes 24 cookies
