All Day Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 TBSOnion, 1 medium choppedCelery, choppedCarrot, 1 large chopped2 garlic cloves, minced (I use the jar type)1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drainedzucchini or yellow squash, 1 medium choppedvegetable broth, 6 cupsDitalini, 1/2 cup raw = 1 cup cooked 1/2 cup pesto (I use store bought)
Directions
Cook onions, carrots, celery and garlic in oil in skillet.
Add all ingredients except the pasta and pesto sauce to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
Just before servfing, stir in pesto and 1 cup cooked ditalini pasta. Enjoy!
