cheesy artichoke shrimp pasta

Ingredients
4 oz dried whole wheat pasta, cooked1 c shrimp1/2c plain skim yogurt1 c 1% cottage cheese1 14 oz can artichokes in water (drained)6-8 pc sun dried tomato sliced2 cloves garlic minced2 tbsp grated parmesan
Directions
add all ingredients except parmesan to hot pot and mix. Top with parmesan and serve
