Tuna salad

Ingredients
1 7-oz can chunk light tuna, packed in water2 tbsp. mayo1 dill pickle spear1 stalk celerysalt, fresh ground pepper, and onion powder, to taste
Directions
Drain tuna and flake into small bowl. Add mayo and stir. Chop up dill pickle and add it to the tuna. Chop celery and add it as well. Season to taste with salt, onion powder and lots of freshly ground black pepper.

Makes enough for two good-sized sandwiches.
