Ingredients
1 Cup V8 Fusion Peach Mango Juice (or any flavor)1 Scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein (I use the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor for this)1 Cup, Plain lowfat yogurt5-7 Frozen unsweetened strawberries1/2 Cup frozen Mangos
Directions
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes three 8 oz servings.
