Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 5 large (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .25 large dicedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato dicedGarlic, 5 clove dicedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 2 oz 4 oz Smoked turkey sausage
Directions
Scramble eggs, Chop other ingredients to small pieces except feta.
Cook ingredients except egg and feta in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add egg and scramble.
Remove from heat.
Add Feta Cheese.
Makes three servings.
