Bacon Spinach Feta Omelet

Ingredients
baby spinach2 slices Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon diced1/8 cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1/8 cup sliced mushrooms1/3 diced Roma Tomato1/4 cup onion1 large egg1 large egg white1 Tbs water
Directions
Saute bacon, then add onion and mushrooms, then add spinach. Mix egg, egg white and water, spray pan with spray oil, drop in egg mix, add saute'd veggies, cheese and tomato top skillet with lid til egg cooks completely, then fold over and enjoy
