3/4 C fat free milk2 Tbsp plain fat-free Greek yogurt2 large eggs1 pkg Fiber One blueberry muffin mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
-Use milk rather than water as the box mix indicates
-Use yogurt rather than oil as the box mix indicates
Divide into muffin pan prepared with cooking spray (makes 11)
Bake 15-20 minutes
