Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 Packet Yeast3/4c Soy Milk1/2c Potato Starch1/2c Tapioca Flour1/4c Soy Flour1tbsp Xanthan Gum1/4tsp Baking Soda1tsp Baking Powder1/2tsp Salt1/4c Shortning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

In a small bowl combine warmed milk and yeast.
Set aside.

In a medium bowl combine all other ingredients.

Slowly add milk/yeast mixture to rest of ingredients.
Mix well.
Should be a soft, wet, thick, pasty looking dough.

Wet hands, and pat out dough on greased baking sheet to about 1/4 inch.

Top as desired.

Bake 15-25 minutes, untill crust is lightly browned.
