16 oz bag peak pinto beans. 4 cups water. 1 large chopped onion. 6 to 8 slices of bacon chopped. 2 cans rotel tomatoes with green chiles. 1 can old el paso geen chiles. 2 tbps cumin and 1 tbsp pepper. Can be made in crock pot or stove top. Cook 5 to 6 hours. Keep temp low on stove. beans are thick when done
soak pinto beans over night with 1 tsp salt. rinse beans then place in crock pot with 4 c water and cook on high for 2 hours. add onion, bacon, tomatoes, chiles and spices. cook for 4 hours 16 serving 1/2 cup each.
