I sliced the apple and added a couple spritzes of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray after I put the crumbs on top. Delicious! - 11/11/10

This recipe was excellent, we added a little honey to moisten it up a little. Overall a big success. great flavor and texture - 1/11/10

I did this in the microwave by first coring and cutting apple in chunks, then microwave in a covered bowl for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. A dollop of whipped cream on top is also yummy. - 7/14/07

Yum! Tastes great. On the long cooking time, it depends a lot on what type of apples you use. Mine only took 45 minutes. HOWEVER, it is a huge waste of electricity to have the oven going for even that long for just one small apple. Make it in multiples or use a toaster oven to save $$$. - 3/16/07

Yummy, but took forever to bake, over an hour. - 1/25/09

This was delicious! I did make it in multiples as suggested below, to feed family and guests, too. Served with lowfat soy ice cream and they were all SOLD! Keep in mind, oven temps range WIDELY and that can cause a huge difference in baking times. Oven thermometer can tell you if yours is off. - 7/31/08

This is a really good snack, but it takes a LONG time to cook...it was more than an hour, close to 1 1/2 hours... - 3/14/07

This was absolutely amazing!!! You saved me from my cravings tonight. : ) I chunked the apples and microwaved them for a minute with 1 pkt of Sweet-n-low and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, then put them under the broiler with the graham cracker topping! My husband loves it as well! Will make it again! - 7/2/12

This was really good. I often have done "baked" apples but never used a graham cracker. To cut cooking time, microwave for a min. then pop under the broiler to finish it off. FF cool whip on the top. A few chopped up nuts is also good to mix in the filling but be careful not to add too many. - 3/23/12

I usually hate eating apples, but this was great! I've eated it the last few days the microwave way and even added vanilla soy ice cream if I had some calories to spare. Yummy! - 8/6/09

I love baked apples and apple pie. I was a little skeptical of this recipe at first, but it was great! My daughter who was about to leave for college and never likes that isn't 'full fat' LOVED this and asked me to make it the night before she left for school. I'll be making this one often! - 9/18/07
